Your Body - Life's Gift
Our journeys in life are always a very individual experience but from time to time we meet people that can help and may journey together for a while. I met people that helped and I believe that I may be able to help you too.Your body is your life's gift but sometimes it may not feel or look that way. Reduction in function is often a painful process and one that can be relieved via these therapies, often even where other therapies have failed.
In addition, sometimes life's events throw things at us that have to be worked through and resolved. We may find ourselves repeating patterns or just not sure of what improvement or change is possible. At these times help from someone who has a different viewpoint, experience or expertise can help.
Following a car accident, I came to realise that our bodies are literally our life’s gift. Whatever we do, however we do it - we all have one thing in common that allows us to achieve what we achieve – our bodies – life’s gift. It doesn't matter what size, shape, functionality or condition it currently has - it is still the gift that life gives us. We are always capable of change and adaptation, sometimes, we just need a little help and/or direction. We all need a little time or room for growth and/or change to enable us to fully become the person that we are capable of being.
During my journey towards full health and potential, a few things have helped but many did not. Continuing as a Business Analyst and Interim Change Manager was not possible but new opportunities presented themselves. To cut a long story short I re-trained at The University of Westminster and the Craniosacral Therapy Educational Trust (CTET), London and now am able to offer you some of the things I’ve learnt on the way.
Craniosacral therapy and integrated bodywork can greatly assist you and your body - your life's gift as you travel your pathway in life. These therapies helped me in a number of ways and I believe they will help you too. I hope you take the opportunity to try them and see for yourself.
